Gov. Abbott Press Conference COVID-19 Update Phase Two Reopening Texas

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott held a press conference Monday, May 17, 2020 to update Texans on his plan to reopen the state in an effort to revitalize the economy amidst the coronavirus crisis. Despite reports of rising COVID-19 cases and deaths across the state, the governor decides to move forward to phase two of reopening the state.
