From ‘Fearless’ Mimosas To ‘Picture To Burn’ Sandwiches: This Houston Brunch Is All About Taylor!

The Eras Tour may be over in Houston, but the spirit is never gone. The Union Kitchen in Houston will host an “Eras” themed brunch, celebrating the launch of “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” concert film.

All the five restaurants will host the brunch on Oct.14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include cocktails and dishes inspired by Taylor, “Eras” decoration, Taylor trivia, a bracelet-making station, Taylor Swift music, and a charity raffle, where you can win an autographed copy of the “folklore” album.

The cocktails are  inspired by “Swifts” eras and will include the “Fearless mimosa flight” with cranberry, grapefruit and pineapple; the “White Horse” that is described as a “drunken version of iced coffee” with Kahlua, Frangelico, Tuaca, cold brew and whipping cream; the “Champagne Problems” with Empress Gin, grapefruit, simple syrup, lemons squeeze and prosecco. There will be more cocktails, so you better go to brunch and try them all.

But that’s not all! The food will include “Sparks Fly pancakes”, a French toast named “Brie Are Never Getting Back Together” and “Picture to Burn Chicken and Waffles Sandwiches”.This isn’t the first time the Kitchen has hosted a Swift-brunch, in fact, they have become experts in the matter. You can make reservations through their website.
